 After sales costumer support includes activities of providing information about appropriate usage of our press line equipment, providing of training courses for press line operators, regular maintenance, long term spare parts delivery, upgrades of presses and press line equipment and other activities.

After sale-customer support is available during the warranty period and after its expiration.

The documentation and construction drawings of presses and press line equipment are permanently stored in our project drawings archives, what makes a quick response in providing solutions to our customer’s problem possible.

Check-up & Diagnostics

Litostroj Ravne provides check-up and diagnostics of presses and press line equipment. These procedures reduce possibility of unforeseen and unwanted brake down and non productivity of press line equipment to occur. Spare parts can be provided before the actual errors occur, before the error causes other modules of press line to suffer damage and before the errors start to influence the quality of product.

By engineering support usually non payable quick information support, which is provided by our highly trained technical specialists, is considered.

Maintenance and spare parts

Litostroj RAVNE provides spare parts for equipment during and after warranty period. Mechanical part drawings, electrical, hydraulic and other schemes of every press ever made are stored in our archives. Based on product number the drawings are quickly found, so the parts can be reproduced.

Parts can be either sent to the client to be installed by his maintenance team, or the installed by Litostroj RAVNE personnel.
